Durango

We are currently in Durango, CO. We are staying with our friends from college, Justin and Trisha Ross. Yesterday we were able to present our ministry in the church in which they minister. It is great to see where God has brought us since our college days. They now have three boys and, of course, we have two. It has been fun (and also somewhat stressful) watching our kids interact. Having five boys under 6 (plus two around 30) makes for a very noisy and chaotic house. We are having a blast though. We will be able to stay with them until Wednesday and then we will be heading north towards Denver and then to Wyoming this coming Sunday. Please continue to keep us in your prayers. The stress of being on the road and away from a structured home environment is beginning to take its toll on all of us. God is good though. Have a great day!

Hit the Road Jack!

We are hitting the road today for the next 3 weeks. Please be in prayer for our safety and that the boys would handle the long hours in the car. We're praying for increase of support- financially & prayerfully. We will be in the panhandle of Texas, Colorado, and Wyoming.

Preschool

Our home church, Central Baptist Church has graciously allowed Nathan to attend preschool while we're around. He attends on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:30-11:30am. He is really enjoying it and comes home saying, " I saw my friends today!". It's just so sweet. It's a blessing because we really wanted him to get accustomed to the structure of a classroom before returning home. In January, Nathan will begin school in Austria and it'll be in German. This will hopefully help in taking the shock out of not being allowed to run wild. LOL!

Please keep both our boys in prayer as we travel. They are doing really good. This past Sunday we were in 2 different churches and so for them that meant no familiar faces and 2 different nurseries/classes, no regular nap places, eating, etc. We'll be heading to Colorado/Wyoming next week. We're looking forward to seeing some old college friends on this trip as well.
