Pumpkin Patch Day

We had a great day at the Pumpkin Patch a week or so ago. Nathan enjoyed the hay ride and Micah was sick. Poor guy! It was actually Micah's 1st birthday. I'll post some pictures of that soon. I need to get them off my camera and we just haven't had a moment to sit and really play catch up. But I want to do a good post of how my sweet Micah's first birthday celebration was for us. Please keep us in your prayers. We fly back home to Austria 4 weeks from today and we are so very excited. We've thoroughly enjoyed our families and friends but it's time to get back to our life in Austria. It's a blessing to have the friends we've made since arriving there 3 years ago write us and tell us to 'Come Home!'.

Springfield

We are on the road again. We've made it to Springfield and staying with Matt & Sherina this week. Zach & Jill were here to greet us tonight and Nathan ate up all the attention. Micah was a bit overwhelmed, but happy to see everyone.

My mom will be driving up this Thursday so that she can be here for Micah's 1st birthday on Friday, October 12. I can NOT believe how time has flown this year. My baby is walking, chattering, and just growing up!!!

We'll be reporting to 2 churches this week and looking forward to thanking them for praying for us and supporting us these last few years. Hopefully, we'll be able to run into some friends as well. Have a great week!

Old friends, good friends!

Here's some pictures from our Durango, CO. trip. We were able to visit their church and share our stories and testimonies of what God is doing in Austria. We had a great time seeing old and dear friends from college days and being in each other's weddings. God is so good to put faithful friends in our paths. Our kiddos were a blast to watch. Justin & Trish have 3 boys. Their younger two are each 4 months older than Nathan & Micah so lots of fun and a few moments of 'boys being boys' too. Thanks Ross--- we had a great time! Miss you and love you!
