I found out today that I passed the written part of the German proficiency exam that I took last week. Tomorrow I have to take a verbal exam. It only last 15 minutes, but I am a little nervous. Please pray that I won't go blank under the pressure. I can speak fine with friends, but I tend to tense up when I'm around my teachers. I focus more on trying not to make mistakes than on speaking.
Also, please continue to pray our friend that Krista mentioned on Monday. Pray for her husband and children, as well. As Krista said before, the details are not important and are really not something to be shared in an open forum like this. It is a very serious situation, probably the most difficult thing I have ever had to deal with as both a minister and a friend. It is difficult to stand by knowing there is nothing physically that I can do. It makes us realize how dependent on God we truly are (which is want he wants us to realize). Please pray.
